HURRICANE PREPAREDNESS TIP #1

As many of you will remember in the days running up to Hurricane Irma’s landfall in Florida, water was scarce and eventually became a rationed item at many of the local stores, if you were lucky enough to find a retailer selling gallons & bottles. This hurricane season, don’t wait until it’s too late. Every time you visit a big-box store or go grocery shopping, make a conscious effort to buy water and immediately put it away in a designated area of your home reserved for hurricane items. It is recommended to have one gallon of water per person per day for at least three days. Don’t wait.
